1. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items. If you receive a product with a printing error, damage, or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- You must provide a clear photo showing the defect or damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wrong size or color ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing).
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Items with slight color variations due to screen differences (normal for print-on-demand products).
2. Refunds
Once we receive your request and approve the return, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Products that arrive damaged or defective.
- Orders lost in transit (after verifying with the shipping carrier).
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Replacements
If your product is eligible, we can also offer a free replacement instead of a refund.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item showing the defect or damage.
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters production and cannot be changed.
